Bridge your
education with
an experience.. 

Our Bridge program provides students an  internship experience in the
non profit or social impact space providing an opportunity to  blend 
education with a rewarding experience.  

We analyze each students career goals, professionals skills and education
history and match them with an experential experience . In the lab, students
are  paired with a non-profit or a project and a coordinator to guide them and
their work from beginning until their internship "grad day".

Internship Program

Our internship program pairs a dedicated college junior or senior with a coordinator to curate an opportunity for a  student to support an executive.  This internship is conducted in a hybrid  environment exposing interns  to variety of opportunities such as ; social media management, data acquisition and research, marketing, graphic design,  communications or other skills.  

 

Students work with their professor, career counselor and/or coordinators in a cooperative environment to provide feedback and share insight during  bi-weekly or monthly learning session. Our internships are intended for  students looking to obtain entry-level experience into a field that they are interested in.  


PROGRAM PARAMETERS:​​

  • 10 WEEK MINIMUM 

  • 10-15 HOURS PER WEEK

  • COLLEGE CREDIT 

  • PAID/ UNPAID WAGE

  • HOURLY WAGE OR STIPEND

  • HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

Our Micro-Internship program allows students a short term work experience focused on the delivery of a  specific work product. This Micro-Internship provides a dedicated, focused and mature college junior/ senior or graduate student  the opportunity to work independently on a project tasks utilizing a skillset the student has solid experience in or has identified unique interest

 Students deepen their career experience while networking with team members in a professional work environment. Students are mentored by a professional  through-out the micro-internship and work in conjunction with experienced professionals to deliver the project on time.
